HOMAG OPTIMAT KL-75 / A20 EDGEBANDER 0.4 - 20 mm (3/4") Thickness edgebanding cap., 70 mm min. panel thickness.Equipped with: Automatic edge feed magazine for coil, HPL & strip stock; "Hot Melt" glue system with QA34 Quickmelt unit, with reversible glue roll applicator; pneumatically controlled pressure roll section with 7 pressure rollers. -- Workstations: Double motor front & rear end trim, straight & chamfer trimming (0.5 HP - 10,400 RPM ea. motor). -- Top & Bottom rough trims (2 HP - 11,500 RPM ea. motor). -- Top & Bottom fine trims, tiltable 0° - 30° (0.5 HP - 10,980 RPM ea. motor); open space for workstation. -- Adjustable top and bottom glue scraper. -- Electronic Height adjustment for Top pressure beam with double V-belts, 80 mm wide Heavy Duty feed chain w/rubber pads. -- Feed speed variable up to 35 MPM. -- Complete with: SIKO Digital adjustments on T & B Flush and Fine Trim. -- Homatic NC21 Controller, Fixed position Outrigger panel support, insulated sound cabins w/interior and overhead lighting for all trim workstations. -- Includes Owners Manual and the Electrical Schematics.NOTE: Suggested replacement parts needed, as noted by our technician - all the track pads, the hold-down belt, the pressure roller, and likely a glue pot rebuild.
